What it is
Two stacks of 60 × 40 Euro containers ride on a heavy-duty full-extension slide and come right out of the tailgate – you reach every box without climbing into the boot. Underneath sits a drawer for tools and small parts. The slide locks in both end positions.
Without containers the module is only 102 mm high and takes up hardly any space. It is fixed with T-slot nuts in the existing floor rails – no drilling into the vehicle. It is built from 12 mm plywood, strips from the DIY store and aluminium angles ordered cut to length.
Developed for the VW® Multivan T7 from 2021 with long overhang. Other vehicles with a flat load floor work with small changes and your own fixing. The edge strips fit Bauhaus® Euro containers – for other brands the calculator gives the matching strip width.
