2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Whenever a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after the period set by the host and are not combined with other data.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third-party servers – no fonts, scripts, videos or maps. Fonts and videos are stored on our own web space. Nothing is stored in your browser.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we process your details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Links to Etsy and other providers

Links to Etsy, Pinterest or retailers are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this website, and the provider receives data such as your IP address. Their privacy policy applies there. Some accessory links may be affiliate links; here too, data is only transferred to the provider when you click.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Simply write to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
